Images: You should add keywords in ALT text to your images. If you are not, then you are missing out on big. Search engines spider ALT text for images so labeling them properly with keywords will only improve your search engine position.
Flash contents: Flash content are absolute no although no doubt some webmasters like to use them for better presentation. It is only advisable to use flash content in your website after the website is optimized. Also it will help if you could use these flash content as little as possible.
