There has been a lot of BUZZ about blogging and people are more and more engaging themselves in blogging. Blogging is widely popular now among people as they are a means of educating or enlightening or sharing with people about what you know or like to talk about. People has taken blogging seriously ever since they came to know about earning from their blog.

So today I just take a little time out for the people who are new to blogging world. In real world there are various types of blogs with respect to their content and theme. I am discussing them below:

• General Blogs - When a blog talks about anything and everything, it is general blogs. These type of blogs are text based and also contains some videos and photos as well. They are well know for their simplicity and easy maintenance.
• Photo Blogs - When people share only photos in blogs they are called photo blogs( also known as phlogs). These photos are shared from various sources and often have theme of movies, war, natural beauty or weird images. Professional photographers share their photos in photo blogs as well.
• Mobile Blogs -More commonly known as moblogs are those blogs where people access/modify the contents of blogs from their mobile phones or PDAs. Mobile blogs are growing in popularity these days as the availability of portable devices is increasing.
• Audio Blogs - These type of blogs are mainly designed to share MP3 and they are devoted to particular genre of music like rock, pop, jazz or classic etc.
• Video Blogs - Knows as vlogs as well, these blog mainly shares videos (with audio) by letting internet users stream the file. Works great with people having broadban high speed internet. It is extremely popular.

So if you haven’t started blogging yet, choose one type of blog and get started. It is lot of fun!
